Are you too nervous to work without stirrups? Maybe you can do it, but in the halt. Here are three exercises you can do in the halt for No Stirrup November!
#1 Move toes up and down.
#2 Move your thigh in front of your knee roll
#3 Lean forward and move your leg back as far as you can off the saddle flap
And voilà! You are finished! With leg in normal position retake stirrups by lifting your toe up and trying not to shorten you leg!
